6	I accidently hit on a 16 year old today As a woman, if a man came up and talked to me while I was in my car to be honest I would probably feel creeped out immediately. Lots of men wait to talk to women and follow them to their cars which is a generally not safe situation for us. He did handle it well but I would still advise against going up to women in cars unless you know them a little better. 75	To me, it feels like I can only approach a girl if we meet in a place where that's "socially acceptable", be it at a bar, work or school. How do you approach a girl who's just trying to mind her own business that you met at some random coffee shop? You have to make sure you are giving attention to someone who wants the attention and pay close attention to social cues, someone smiling at you, not listening to music, seemingly openly friendly is someone you should approach. Don't talk to girls that are deep in their own shit, listening to music or something. Casual conversation in lineups comes off as more polite.
