I did the same with the same results ( losing 1 or 2 lb per week) but the problem is that while eating just 1500 calories per day I'm hungry all the time and really tired all the time. Thanks for the info. Right now I'm doing 1300-1800 calories per day and running 6 km per day plus walking from my house to my work about other 4 KM from 5 to 6 days per week. I have lost only 33 lb in the last 8 months but I was not eating right until 3 months ago. So what was the right approach for NB1 and NB2 in this case? since the beginning just be clear about their intentions with D and is they get rejected just move on and aim for another girl? I just want to be clear about the best that they could have done in this case scenario.

I'm 6 ft and 208 lbs and still have a little beer belly... I fucking hate it but I went from 250 lbs down to 208 lbs just in 8 months by just walking to my job and back to my home, lifting and running 30 minutes every single day possible (some times I can't because of the bad weather). Not sure how long until the beer belly is completely gone but I will keep my discipline... Any advice? my diet is basically are eggs, brown rice, chicken/fish, broccoli and mushrooms.

I'm from Panama and we had a similar situation with the 2009 elections when the only choices were Martinelli (Panamanian Donald Trump) and Balbina (Hillary but worst)... people choose Martinelli/Trump too who was a successful business man... the results after 5 years were really bad and life is a lot more expensive now... I really hope you get a better result with your selection.

This is working for me too. 3 small meals and 2 snacks per day. Breakfast: 2 eggs Lunch and dinner: brown rice, chicken breast, broccoli or mushrooms. Snacks: 90 calories chocolate chip brownies (1 in the middle of the morning and 1 in the middle of the afternoon). I usually workout from 4 to 6 times per week but before I was eating a lot more and getting no results. This is at least working for me now and I'm losing from 2 to 3 pounds per week.
