Pilates could definitely help. It made me feel more aware of my body and how it moves. It gives you better posture and a strong core. Ballet, belly dancing, really any kind of feminine dance/movement would all be good for this. Also just be extra aware of how you move. I was really into homemaking stuff as a teen and still am. It was not exactly something I ever told anyone about at that age, but I loved watching Martha Stewart Living and reading that magazine (back when it was about cooking and gardening, not dumb celebrities and drivel), studying interior decorating and dreaming/planning how I’d furnish my future home, learning to cook, bake, sew, and knit. Those are useful skills to have and will make you an awesome wife someday.

I was teased and bullied, called "Miss Prim and Proper" in a snotty way, asked rudely why I didn't own a pair of jeans, why I was always so dressed up. People considered me a snob without actually giving me a chance or talking to me. I didn't smoke, drink, or do dr…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
