Gets the "Burrito 🌯 Wrap Restraint" by FIVE Cops but still manages to self harm by beating her head. The thing I wonder is the female officer said she was searching her car because she "Observed Alcohol". Yet they didn't find it until digging under her seat. So that implies the officer lied about Observing Alcohol and the plain view doctrine does not apply. At that point she is not slurring her words or stumbling.
