The difference between an auto-mechanic changing my oil and me changing my oil is pretty slim. On the other hand the difference between my brother and law who is a lawyer, and me defending my own case is pretty huge.

If no one else does, just remember I love you bro. Full homo. You will make it through all this, and I am sorry for your bunny. Being a guy who loves his animals, this is cruel.

I think he means for the younger guys. Those who are younger than I, for example(>21) who don't have this knowledge. You have the right to not say anything, and the only thing you should say when the police start asking questions is this. One. Word. LAWYER. No matter how much they rile you up, you say that one word and he/she will handle it from there. Most people get fucked because they say too much before the lawyer get there.

Holy mother loving christ I am glad I live in Maryland, USA. 16 is the legal age of consent, and I've had a run in or two with a girl a few years younger than me. Once on purpose who was my girlfriend and once because she fucking lied. Very glad i'm protected, i'm over the young girls.

Pointing out my age was to show that I am young, and inexperience in this world. I do not know everything, far from it actually. Why can't she buy me coffee? Sure why not, but this is the way I was raised. To be courteous to women. It may not be right, but it hasn't wronged me so far. Whats a few bucks for a gesture of kindness? I just dont get the logic here, I really don't. It's 4 fucking dollars.

Wow. This subreddit must be filled with middle aged saucy men who have been wronged by every woman in their life. I'm only 21, been cheated on once so far and I haven't lost my sensibilities about women. It's a NICE thing to do, you do it because you want to! Dude up top was saying that she "expected it", while I don't exactly know what he meant I think I would be angry with that too. But a normal date with a nice girl? You bet your ass i'm buying her coffee, it's just nice. jesus learn some man…

It's called being courteous, or as some might call it a GENTLEMAN. Jesus.

You went on a date and you couldn't buy a girl coffee? What the fuck is wrong with you, do you like not getting laid or something? I get it if she was expecting it, but otherwise... EDIT: You fuckers really need to get off your high horse.

Yeah, i've been doing these. It just seemed second nature. I've just been trying to be logical about what i'm doing. Re-connecting with friends has been a huge help, more than anything. I do however spend a lot of time alone still, so i'm trying to change that.
