2	Why is it so hard to find actual studies about male victims and female perpetrators? A recent analysis of BJS data, for example, turned up that 46 percent of male victims reported a female perpetrator. Again I wonder why this study gets such a different number than the apa-study that claims 96% of male victims by female perpetrators. I mean it's a huge difference. It's not a difference that could be explained with statistical noise like when there where 2-5% difference in different studies and at different locations and different groups of people being asked. "Rape" is obviously here again defined as the act that the perpetrator penetrates the victim. Victims of "forced to penetrate" coercion are not counted as rape victims. The discussion I mentioned above started with the question, if feminists helped men being equally recognized as rape victims.
