I lift weights, run, do calisthenics, and honestly I've found cardio -- specifically outdoor running -- to be the most potent dopamine releaser of all exercises. Always try to exercise outdoor if you could. Research has shown that being close to nature improves our mood significantly. He didn't spend as much time with me or bond with me as much as he could, but he still sacrificed a hell lot of his own life for me. The stress is high at times, but I'd never trade this with the soul crushing pains of having a girlfriend. 2	Holy f*ck we're at 98k now, if I remember correctly we were celebrating 50k just a handful months ago. Wish I had seen your comment 6 years ago.
