Oh, it definitely has somewhat of a science structure. It's well on it's way. I wouldn't waste time with it if it was total horseshit.

I grew up in a southern baptist cult. Plenty of hellfire and brimstone christianity there. The bible is a pile of horseshit, with no basis in reality.

Yeah, it's not, really. I'm a chemist. That's a science.

Heh, guess being honest doesn't have much stock here.

Actually, it doesn't. I do fine when I put my mind to it, but I generally can't be bothered with the bullshit hassle. I slay when I get in the mood. I have a crushing courseload next semester, and won't have time for much besides studying. Doing a tour overseas as a medic pretty much puts any question to rest on the whole alpha thing. And I generally don't get laid, aside from the trouble it is, because I have multiple crippling mental illnesses. Which sucks, but I deal as much as I can. Getting…

It's not, I'm extremely cut. I can shrug 90lbs, curl 80. I actually don't look super thin, surprisingly, at that weight. I do a lot of kettlebell and rolling weights in my hands, not sure how to describe it, you grip a weight in your fist, and unroll your fingers as far as you can and back. Gives me popeye forearms.

It was sarcasm. I don't give a shit if people think it disqualifies me or not, I define what I am, not other people.

From what I understand about them, the plasticizers used mimic estrogen and other endocrine chemicals, and cause all kinds of crazy biological problems.

The books are a lot better than the series, at least the first 3 books. Haven't watched much of the series, it was decent.

I'm the most humble person you'll ever meet.

I don't want to get that big, not my thing. I work out pretty hard, though. Mainly because it's healthy and I enjoy it. I'm 5'11, and 158, and extremely cut. I work out 5-6 days a week, usually 3 hours a day, in addition to walking about 5 miles a day over my workouts. According to that TDEE, my calories needed per day is 2700.

Let me requote this: I did male modeling a couple years ago, taking my final semester of materials chemistry this coming spring, and work out 5 days a week, go hiking, constant IOI, on and on. I also did a tour in Iraq in 2004, as a combat medic.

Am a Materials Chemist with a focus on polymers. I'd be interested in the BPA post, can you link it?

Same here, I'm 5'11, 158, really cut. It looks good on me.

Fuck that. If you don't have cardio, you aren't in shape. Need to be able to run at least 2 miles without a break, preferably more.

Skinny and ripped is different, I guess. I'm 5'11, 158, and work out 5 days a week, sometimes up to 3 hours a day. I have a 6 pack and am extremely cut, and can do pushups until I get bored. I gained a whopping 7 pounds in basic training in 2003, when I was put on double rations. So all that food and 2+ months of intense workouts, and not much gain. I did try protein shakes in the past, worked ok. Was 162 at max, lost it all when I did my Appalachian Trail thru hike in 2010. I don't want to be g…

What's funny as hell is I'm an Alpha with high maturity, but I don't get laid much. Multiple mental illnesses are a bitch. I did male modeling a couple years ago, taking my final semester of materials chemistry this coming spring, and work out 5 days a week, go hiking, constant IOI, on and on. I also did a tour in Iraq in 2004, as a combat medic. Red pill info has helped me dodge some bullets over the years, though, so I'm thankful for that.
