2	Too true Seconding this, and with a recommendation. Build something that you can sit in a chair and look at. It sounds weird, but it's cathartic. Example: build yourself a fire pit in your backyard. Doesn't take much. Dig down a foot deep by maybe two feet wide. Level the ground at the bottom roughly. Get a better level with a layer of sand.
