You mean to say they don't have any plainly visible disabilities.

According to the article, the biological father is paying child support as well to the amount of R7,000. They made the step-dad pay almost 6x more, R40,000.

If someone gets in line behind me (man or woman) and they've got significantly fewer items than me, I'll let them go in front of me. I've always just considered it as being a good person rather than a gender issue.

Ah! Thanks for clueing me in. It's super early here, and my brain hasn't fully clicked into gear.

I think you're misunderstanding what the other person is talking about. They're saying that the men shouldn't marry Indian women to begin with. They should go to other countries and start their families with women they find in other countries. This totally circumvents the issue by leaving Indian women single and unmarried. On a side note, this could be a part of what leaders are hoping to achieve in their efforts to reign in their exploding population.

The article doesn't go into detail. Just says she was "uncomfortable"

I'm surprised that more people haven't made this point already. If I'm not consenting to the birth happening in the first place, then I'm sure as hell not going to be chipping in to cover the cost.

Definitely a US thing, considering employers have the right to fire someone here for any reason as long as it isn't overtly discriminatory. You can get fired for just having a beard, or for having a beard and not keeping it trimmed to a certain length, or for even not having a beard at all if it is what the employer demands. It all depends on whatever arbitrary rules the employer has made up and written into their dress code.

Actually, he could have cared less. He could have cared so little that he did take the time out of his day to type up his remarks in hopes of helping OP.

Only advice I can give in this situation is to no give up on her, and over time she will see that and the person who you are. Time always tells the truth, hang in there. I can attest to this as well. My son is now 28. I separated from his mom when he was 5. She made it her life's ambition to try and drive a wedge between me and him. She would constantly be hours late for picking him up or dropping him off. She stuck her nose into my dating life and tried to use him as a pawn to control who I dat…

Am I living in the Bizarro world? Is this a story about nothing? That was my thoughts exactly. He's going to sue because she didn't point the finger or drop names? Who's reputation did she hurt exactly?

For your "women don't pose a threat and can't forcibly rape a man" argument, I'm just gonna leave this right here. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2013870/Robber-broke-hair-salon-beaten-black-belt-owner-kept-sex-slave-days-fed-Viagra.html

TIL that sexual assault from a woman is just really a flirty advance, and that we lonely, lowly men should just be grateful for the assault from our feminine counterparts.

You're probably right. The article does say that they moved in 2004 to be in a better school district. So the kid was at least 4 or 5 years old then. Add that to the 13 years between now and then, and he's probably just turned 18. Which very well may be the reason he broke up with her in the first place.

You can always look to other areas to get back into firefighting. It takes a special kind of person to put their lives on the line for others, and there aren't enough people like this to lose one.

Not saying there's statical evidence that it's accurate or not, just saying that's one of the claims that are made by victim advocates.

it's not like prosecuting the girls will help her son get better Tell this to all the victim advocates who tell women they'll get closure from seeing their rapists go to jail.

I came to make this exact point (no pun intended). If a man cannot orgasm for whatever reason, a woman will immediately make it about themselves. "Am I too fat?" "Does he think I'm ugly?" "Is he no longer sexually attracted to me?" All things that a woman will have an internal dialogue with themselves about when it happens.

Can I just interject here and say how utterly fucked up it is for anyone to wish rape on another human being?! I cannot comprehend being so vile to someone else. For example, I really hate my exwife. To the point where if she were on fire, I would not piss on her to put her out. But I could never wish for her to get raped. It takes a really evil person to do shit like that. I'm really sorry someone did that to you, regardless of what the circumstances around it was. And I really hope no one ever…

They weren't letting him tgrough, but when they let the woman through he decided to go for it. When he went for it, they tried to close back up on him and the girl smacked him in the process. This is when he hit her the first time. Then, right as the cops are coming in between people, she spits on him and he smacks her again for spitting on him.

She spit on the guy, and then the guy smacked her in the face. He really didn't hit her with a closed fist, it looked more like he slapped her with an open palm for spitting on him.
