No I meant it's a inconvenience for a man to be jailed for a back child support warrant while he waits to be proven the father or not. Currently in many states you're screwed even if it comes back you're not the father if too many years have passed. I'm saying we get rid of the time limit, so even if you get hit for a false claim, you can at least get your name cleared if you're innocent. There are a number of legit fathers who try to bail to keep the system in place, and while there are sad cases of non-legit fathers getting served papers and what not, it's definitely the minority. It anything needs to be changed its the time limit on DNA paternity disputes where the child's claimed father has not accepted the child.
