I don't think most people use terms like ideological or ideology to refer to any way of thinking e.g. accepting the scientific method as method to gain knowledge is usually not referred to as ideological at least u/jimmywiddle doesn't seem to only mean "a way of thinking". I understand an Ideology to be a set of culturally developed heuristic presuppositions about the world that are not based upon intersubjectively experienceable facts i.e. what we call empiric evidence. 3	I don't think we should be seen as enthusiastically supporting Donald Trump. He's obviously better than Clinton, but he's still bad. I am not from the US but I surely would vote for Hillary. There are other reasons to vote for a candidate than his/her stance on men's rights. Trump has no idea what he is talking about his economic policy (both taxes and trade) is incredibly dangerous, his comments on the Syrian civil war are outrageously ignorant. I don't see how this study was done (was it anonym on the internet, did an interviewer go and ask those questions etc.) and if the sample was chosen representatively among the surveyed population. I am intrested if the study )was accoutned for social desirability (which it probably was),how this was done and how women and men performed in it. Self reporting studies are always dangerous.
