2	Sexism as defined by my Union Steward 'Ally for Equality' text. Although I think that definition should be different, I think its important to remember that this definition arose out of academic research and writing in the field of Gender Studies. It's jargon. It's what we would call Culturally Institutionalized Sexism except more so because there is a debate in the Gender Studies field as to whether there is institutionalized sexism towards men.
