can’t get passed it for as long as you want things to be a different way. even if you become a top 10% man the blue pill fantasy doesn’t exist that said it’s possible to enjoy your life and not take things too seriously. just gotta live life on your own terms and not rely on women to validate the worth of your existence if i were you i’d completely forget about the girls at your dance class. keep dancing if you enjoy it and use it to get laid with girls from the club. at the end of the day being…

yep. logistics is the master variable. because of my location, girls will sometimes message if they missed their last train or they’re in the area with nothing to do. that would never happen if i lived a couple stations further away. that said where i live there are a lot of hotels and places to bang so you don’t necessarily have to live there, it just helps

a top 20% man can become top 5% with good logistics. just having the ability to be alone with a girl counts for a lot

what's your point? he already knows not to do anything with her and said as much in his post. you said "she gave him no IOIs". the movie invite is a clear IOI.

It’s enough to have 4s and 5s chasing you to feel confidence and abundance. Don’t necessarily have to bang them.

What are you doing exchanging contacts with 40 year old women lol, is it your kink? Women are like a gas and will expand to take as much as they can get. It’s just them testing your boundaries. It’s their natural behaviour not a flaw in their character. That’s what shit tests are and imo you failed it by taking her seriously (even though she was serious). If she’s hot I think you should’ve said “so you do have a sense of humour” and proceeded to bang her as normal. No need to make a big deal out…

Painting me as a virgin is like your only comeback lol. I had 5 regular girls at one time, I know what’s possible, you’re just spreading misinformation and scarcity mindsets. But sure tell everyone that they need to be loyal to one woman, it’s on them if they listen to a girl’s disney land blue pill fantasy.
/r/TheRedPill13/11/21 04:36 AM

So you’re on a men’s subreddit giving blue pill fantasy advice? Being a girl is worth nothing here, and nor are childish insults. If you’ve got no relevant experience keep it to yourself instead of spreading false limiting mindsets.
/r/TheRedPill13/11/21 02:59 AM

Lol this is red pill not blue pill Disney fantasy land. Men and women are different and care about different things. You could have a harem of faithful girls but instead you have a self-limiting blue pill mindset.

Interesting post man. I was of this exact opinion, but living in Japan I find that the girls actually respond well to expressing more ownership of them. If you have this attitude of not caring if she sleeps with other guys, to her it comes across that you don’t care about her enough to care. It’s too aloof. So even though I don’t care if she sleeps with other guys, now I will tell girls that they’re mine.

I totally agree with you. On the one hand TRP preaches to have a mission in life, but on the other all the content is about how to distract yourself with endless sex. I’d speculate it might be because men who do have a priority mission in life don’t need much advice about what to do, don’t need much reassurance from others, and don’t tend to spend much of their time on Reddit. This community is and always will be more useful to guys with no idea about girls than guys who are successful and get w…

Yep. It's just survivorship bias. Everyone looks at the people who made it, but no one looks at the people who fail.

Success isn't objective though - you define success according to your own values and goals in life. Logan Paul is rich but he's a walking comedy. Maybe that's someone's definition of success but it's not everyone's.

The purpose of the blow job is to prove to a husband that a woman is willing to serve him This seems like head canon to me. I mean, if a woman gives you a blow job how does that prove she's willing to serve you? Maybe she simply likes giving them. And is there a reason this conclusion is applied to blow jobs and not anal for example? Would you also say: "If a woman will not give you anal during the dating stages, she is not wife material"?

I've been here 5 years (not born here). Physically speaking I think 99% at 6 or above is too generous, but everyone has their own scale. From a practical standpoint the west suffers not just from fat women, but unfeminine women as well. Several factors combine to make Japan superior for dating (I can't comment on other Asian countries because I haven't lived/dated there).
/r/TheRedPill07/06/21 06:02 AM

I live in Japan and it’s not that dating is easier here than in the west, it’s that the pool of dateable women is bigger. In the UK I didn’t date much and part of that was because I’m not gonna settle for a fat chick, even if I’m in a dry spell. But whenever I see pics of the US or UK guys are always with these enormous women and I think dude, can you even get hard to that? Japanese girls aren’t just good with their diet, they’re better all around. Fashion, make up, femininity. There’s no compet…

If you’re not giving BF/LTR vibes yourself, or misleading her etc, you’re not leading her on. That being said, what I would do depends how much she’s giving those vibes. If she’s calling you a couple you shouldn’t accept that frame (treat it as a joke or something), but if she’s just giving you a massage or something it’s no big deal.

Purpose according to who? That's just picking one arbitrary psychological drive/function that humans have. Someone else could say the one sole purpose of a human is to take as many dumps as possible to fertilise the earth. A physical or behavioural description of a thing doesn't imply its existential purpose.

I feel that a lot of guys on TRP put chasing sex before their mission. Hell, this sub literally describes TRP as "sexual strategy" for men. Post nut clarity gives you a glimpse into what it would feel like to not care about having sex. That version of you is a stronger you because all else being equal a man with fewer needs is stronger than one with more. If sex was off the table a lot of the time dates just wouldn't seem worth it - not if your time is legitimately valuable. Generally speaking i…

The naturalistic fallacy is saying “X is natural therefore it is good” (or not evil, etc.). Saying “X is natural (and to some extent inevitable) therefore it should be accepted” is a different type of argument. Whilst I’ve seen both on this sub, they are different, and the second one in my opinion is pragmatic and correct (whereas the first one is obviously problematic, being a fallacy). This sub makes a big deal about being “amoral”, which in my opinion isn’t a thing, but whether something is m…

There are ways to build a good profile if you can showcase your looks, muscles, wealth, status, etc. in picture form. But that’s not really the issue. The issue is dating apps offer incredibly poor market conditions for men. As a guy you need to stand out. That’s very hard to do when every girl is getting tons of messages all the time and the apps essentially only offer pictures as your means to show who you are. If it’s your only option then you’ve gotta make do but if you have other opportunit…

In your head it’s still a big deal because you don’t have enough experience being around them, but over time you’ll realise they’re as insecure and annoying as other girls. You’ll lose respect for them and will naturally see average hot girls as below you unless they’ve actually got their stuff together.

I think you should think more clearly about what you want. Do you want BJs, or to not look autistic, or to feel alpha, or to live authentically according to your values and worldview (to hold frame)? Depending on what you want, the advice is different. If you care about BJs, it was an ok move (though there are better ones). If you care about living authentically as a man, then who cares if some girl thinks you’re autistic? Something to think about.

It varies somewhat by location. In the west the answer is usually yes, but where I live (Japan) it doesn’t help as much - fashion is more important. Having a baby face whilst being skinny with good fashion is close to ideal (the majority of male idols have that look).

Not all the men in Japan are needy all the time. Men are typically pretty reserved and not very bold. Neediness is also something that takes investment (time and attention), so it doesn't scale. Because of that, neediness can help you to stand out, but it doesn't work in and of itself - you have to actually be attractive in the first place. If you're needy without bringing anything else to the table you'll get friendzoned the same as the west. When you say "it's hard to believe neediness from a …

Sure. As a starting point though, I think it's helpful to consider for a moment where neediness comes from. Neediness is a built-in behaviour in guys after all, so why is it there if it's so bad? The reason is it communicates interest in the girl and a desire to commit to her. Winding back the clock to cave man days, where you needed a guy to actually take care of you, that was very important. These days though, from apps and cultural female empowerment and so on, girls' sense of worth in the ma…

I think your tanning example works not cause it’s a compliment, but cause it notices something she’s put intentional effort into, I.e. it’s a comment specific to her not generic fluff. It’s also one of the 5 chick crack subjects that girls love to talk about (beauty/fashion). That’s to say that it doesn’t have to be a compliment. Could be a cold read (e.g. “usually girls who wear leather boots have a tough personality”), or any neutral comment that picks up on something she did intentionally (e.…

This sub has such an emphasis on getting and plating women - probably cause guys who come to TRP do so out of sexual desperation - and it’s even sometimes said that TRP is synonymous with sexual strategy, as opposed to simply an understanding of the truth about sexual dynamics, but sleeping with women isn’t the most important thing in a man’s life - or at least it shouldn’t be. Sleeping with women should pale in comparison to having a mission in life - women being a byproduct of the respect you …

It’s better to have hair but it’s a tiny factor in the scheme of things. What matters more than anything is how you make girls feel. In The Game, Mystery tells Neil Strauss that going bald is something that happens to you but shaving your head is a choice. Needless to say Strauss went on to get laid like a machine.

It depends a lot on your location, circumstances and effort. I had a low count for years, then decided I wanted to work on it and push myself out my comfort zone. I joined a pick up community, practised street game, day game, bar game, app game, plate game, improved my fashion, moved to the city centre, the whole nine yards, and like you might expect the results were night and day. Now I have a gf and I’m focused on building a business, but that time period gave me the skills and self-belief to …

You’re looking at it backwards. A counter offer for lunch is a good sign - way better than not proposing anything. The goal of texting is to get her out at a time you can do - that’s it. Once she’s out it’s much easier to get things moving - assuming she becomes attracted to you and is having a good time. My routine was: Go to a cafe near my place, build attraction, say let’s go, walk to my place, spend 20 minutes building comfort, close. Only major difference to night dates is there’s no alcoho…

For most guys I think you’re right in that ignoring sex and women completely isn’t good for our mental health. We’re biological creatures and get our feel good chemicals from a variety of sources - respect from our peers, exercise, safety, physical health and nutrition, etc., and sex as well. Sex isn’t special among these things, it’s just another one of them. Good mental health is a foundation that helps us succeed in life and achieve our goals, so for most people I believe we should focus on g…

People often talk as if TRP is male sexual strategy, but TRP is just acknowledging the truth of how things are, without prescriptions or judgements about it. TRP doesn’t say that sex should or shouldn’t be important to you, it just gives you the tools and understanding to get it if it’s something you want. If you have a mission in life that’s more important to you than sex and women, that’s 100% in line with red philosophy.

Him saying it’s pointless and randomly spouting surveys shows that he assumes you’re doing it to get girls. That’s his own insecurity being projected onto you. If you start getting hot girls, that’s going to make him feel really bad, which might make him not the best guy to be around going forward. Congrats on your progress so far! Keep it up!

There is no “self” - no experiencer that gets carried through - only experience itself in the present moment. Nothing ever accrues to you. There’s no reason to be scared of anything because it will never affect you, just some possible future experience created by the same body. Each moment is all that exists, so try to find the beauty in it and be at peace.

You can't control the girl, you only get to control yourself. If she cheats, you can either break up or downgrade her to a plate. IMO you can't expect a girl to be 100% faithful forever so committed LTRs are a losing proposition from the outset.

This idea that it's "lonely at the top" is nonsense. There are plenty of people at the top and at every step of the way up. The IDGAF mentality is often recommended, but in reality there's a big caveat to it. There are many things it's appropriate to GAF about - your values, lifestyle, goals and so on. If these things become threatened, you can avoid your ego being hurt by saying IDGAF, but with these things you absolutely should GAF - exactly to the extent to which they're justifiably important to you. The alternative to always wanting more is being content with what you already have. But, if you're truly content with what you already have, then you aren't motivated to improve and will stagnate. The escape from this apparent contradiction is to fall in love with the journey. The journey is the only constant - everything else passes by.

Regrettably, it's true - it's hard to find an interesting woman. There are a lot of men who don't have interesting personalities too, but of the people who do, almost all are men. And, the further one travels down the road of self-betterment, the less accomplished the people around you will become by comparison. To a certain extent, by becoming an attractive man, you make everyone else less impressive by contrast.

It sounds like primarily a problem of self-discipline. Your rational mind says one thing, but it fails to be translated into real-world action. First of all, don't bother with trying to pump yourself up or get motivated. Motivation is not a stable resource - no one is motivated all the time. If your success is dependent on something unreliable, your success becomes unreliable. There are a lot of benefits to having cold showers, but like OP says the main one is to avoid comfort. Cold showers are good because they suck. Irons are forged in fire and men are forged in hardship. Modern life is so comfortable that if you want a strong character, you need to engineer that hardship yourself. Relentless challenge builds resolve, self-discipline and confidence. If you let life get too easy, you won't have the wherewithal to accomplish anything or to act when you need to. If you…

I think the world's truly exceptional contributors have often been people who weren't simply alpha, but who exhibited qualities that are the hallmarks of both alpha and beta types. Abe Lincoln was perhaps the best leader the US ever had, and he wasn't a natural alpha; on the other hand Theodore Roosevelt was maybe the most alpha of them all, yet he supposedly read whole books before breakfast.
