0	How did you climb out of rock bottom im 30s? I understand how you can be puzzled. Sometimes I find it all strange myself. How the fuck did I end up a christian? It was the one thing I was 100% sure was never going to happen. I always thought that the cliché of the druggie, drunkard who finds Christ and betters himself so fucking tacky, so fucking stupid, and yet here I am. 8	How did you climb out of rock bottom im 30s? Well, my story is quite different from yours. During my early 30's I was a heavy drinker and drug user, sleeping with lots of women and basically feeling like shit all the time. Before that, I was an introvert nerd with social anxiety. Reading the PUA/manosphere authors and others like Robert Greene helped me overcome it, but mostly it was the "fake it til you make it" mindset. I'm sure there are better authors nowadays. Since forever we've had priests, writers, shamans, counselors, philosophers and today psychologists and other therapists trying to do exactly that. Just keep in mind that calling out people on their weakness will sometimes drive them towards self-realization and a compromise towards mindfulness, health and fitness.
