In short, yes I think you need a reality check. Your idea of "the one" is a women with cancer cheating on her husband.... assuming her husband is supporting her through the cancer, this makes her a complete bitch to be doing this behind his back. Cycle as in road bike. I posted the links to Vegan Gains cus he has good nutritional advice in my opinion and it seems, from what i've read, similar to how Patrik Baboumian eats - who is also a vegan and holds world records in many weight lifting categories. I dont really care to debate it but Vegan Gains is 6ft 3.. He looks pretty big for a natural body builder to me but maybe you are used to looking at people on steroids..

I don't eat any nuts. Date and bananas are high calorie. I make smoothies out of them to get a higher quantity in. I can easily down a 1000 calorie smoothie for breakfast. Things like beans, rice, lentils, potatoes, pasta will help get the calories in. I try to stay slim since i cycle and run and i maintain my weight easily but if i wanted to gain more weight i'd probably throw in more tofu and soy products. Check out "Vegan Gains" on youtube. Number 1 is something i wonder about often. Because i cycle so much i burn a lot of calories. On a century ride i'll burn more than 4000 calories in a day. So sometimes i eat A LOT. I understand having a lighter stomach is better for meditation and its not great to go to bed with a stomach full of food. But i try to structure my meals so i eat the bulk of my calories earlier in the day. I wonder whats more important, eating less calories or just eating the right types of food? I don't eat any me…

Generally speaking i try to focus my attention between the eyebrows - on the third eye. Especially during meditation but throughout the day too. Right i agree. I think the point is that you don't even think about sex. Thinking about it causes the energy to go into 2nd chakra and that starts the process of creating semen. If you don't think about it, the energy that would go into creating semen is used elsewhere. If the thought comes up which it rarely does now days (i think meditation has helped with that) i immediately redirect my focus to the 3rd eye and higher chakras.
