That’s fair, except they’re really not babies til they’re born. In fact they’re not really much of anything until several weeks into pregnancy. I can understand the argument that it’s “murder” after the heart starts beating, but that doesn’t happen until 5 weeks or so into pregnancy. And anyways, if this bill is really about “protecting” people, why does it specify there are no exceptions even for victims of rape? I think the fact that you’re referring to people with legitimate concerns regarding both this bill as well as the fact that every yes vote cast in senate was done so by a white man as “retards” is totally unnecessary, and to be honest, unimaginative.

Is it really sexist though? I feel like it’s safe to assume that a female governor would at least be invested in protecting the interests of other women. As a man, I was definitely surprised to hear that the governor is a woman. I guess that makes me sexist. Or a cuck. Or a white knight. Oh well.
