mainly i believe -that women do lie when they say all a man needs to do is be nice and have a good personality to do well in dating. and in general, women are not honest about what type of men they desire or what they actually want in a partner. too much virtue signaling. -men should lead relationships and that women should follow this leadership -women lose interest faster than men do in relationships/dating -genuine attraction/desire/lust can't really be negotiated and it's either there or it'…

i guess to just have something that's completely yours and not having a landlord to comply with. my husband says it's financially less expensive longterm than renting as well. tbh, i've never been into the concept of home ownership. i don't see an issue with renting and it also just seems like too much responsibility.

it really depends on the state and the type of area the home is in. the US is so diverse in this regard and in wages that you can't really make a true blanket statement. i'm from california so i'm used to seeing big price tags for homes but my coworker is buying a house in the state I currently live in (not california but another state on the westish coast) and the house is only $195k which i would consider pretty cheap. also shows you why lots of people from states that have higher wages end up…
