All young people think no one will see through their ever so clever guise. I am 43 now and I can say that everyone sees through it. It is like when a child breaks something and then tries to hide it behind the couch with the object clearly visible behind the couch. They are pleased with how clever they are while everyone is just dumbfounded by their stupidity.

We should be looking to rehabilitate instead of just punish. Punishment is meant to deter or show the criminal that the crime isn't worth it. Someone with untreated trauma can be given therapy to treat that trauma which greatly lowers their risk of recidivism. No one died here and a 13 year old boy felt breasts.

This is quite common. The mind is trying to process what happened and in order to do so, it needs to relive it. There is also a sexual component because we quite often intermingle sex and love. I am sure she didnt feel great about it.
