Statistically 50-70% of people have HPV, including in countries that circumcise (The US). It's pretty much ubiquitous at this point. The problem also is that lowered sensitivity means people want to use condoms less. There is also a vaccine for HPV. There's also the idea of personal choice i.e. a gay male is not going to infect a female partner and raise her risk for cervical cancer.

The pain is unbearable for infants as well. They scream with pain until they pass out from oxygen deprivation. Adults can get pain medication on demand. Infants cannot consent for this surgery and it's a basic human rights issue. Other problems include the risk of glans amputation and sepsis (blood infection.) Every baby screams and doesn't consent to circumcision. It's just plain wrong to cut body parts off of someone without their consent. Let people do that at 18 if it's their wish for body mods. http://www.thecaseagainstcircumcision.com/index.php?topic=53.0
