He's fully capable of working but he stays at home and refuses to take care of himself. His parents still do. I also know a guy with a masters engineering degree in MSE who can't get job. The homeless population is an interesting one. I think a large part of it has to do with the higher incidence of certain mental illnesses in men, such as schizophrenia. But I'm sure there's other factors there too. That being said, men do also make up the majority of positions of power (government or private sector). But this is an interesting find.
