PTSD usually occurs from a damage done on the body of the victim or somone in their proximity for example sexual assult cases and the classic shell shock. I am not dissmissing your problem, on the contrary, I genuinely get you, but from what you describe it does not seem like PTSD. If you want to get a formal evaluation you should go to a psychiatrist.
