Everyone knows this, what is your advice to fix this?
/r/seduction25/09/17 12:43 PM

Exactly, you admit it

Which is it, be myself or be exciting and interesting?
/r/seduction06/09/17 01:34 PM
1

You say you don't have to try but that's only because you have everything already sorted out. For guys who aren't cool or interesting or guys who turn into idiots when talking to girls, they have to try and do something different or they'll never get anywhere.
/r/seduction06/09/17 01:31 PM

Even the most exciting story can be made boring by a bad storyteller. The guy is not asking how to get life stories, he's asking how to tell them.

Why would you post this if you say that it can't be taught, it's "survival of the fittest"? How is this supposed to be helpful at all? Seems more like bragging mixed with advertising if you ask me. Just trying to put people down and make yourself feel better than everyone
/r/seduction16/08/17 12:33 PM

That's a pretty big if. What if one isn't an "alpha"?
/r/TheRedPill13/08/17 11:23 PM

That wouldn't help with a weak jaw or chin though
/r/TheRedPill07/08/17 09:03 AM

But how did you do that?

You'd probably be surprised how often guys plan out stuff like this

Might not be mad but definitely being an asshole. And what exactly is so "creepy" about that?

Anything specific you did to make your progress? Right now I'd say I'm in between where you started and where you are now

Do you go alone? I've volunteered a few places recently and it's all been groups of people or high school students

Haha I have no idea where he got that info. Next he'll be saying only natural ALFA males like his type of music and dress like him

Even if he does have social anxiety (which a lot of us here deal with), why be a dick about it? We all start from a different place and we're all here to get better

Would you think that if she was 18?
/r/seduction17/04/17 12:40 PM

Do you think that has anything to do with the women being past their "CC riding" days and wanting to settle down?

Could you share your meditation process? (e.g. focusing on your breaths and counting them up to 10, etc)
/r/TheRedPill15/04/17 04:30 AM

Haha man I was thinking the same thing as you. It honestly sounds like he has everything in place for a great life. I'm in the same boat as you in terms of lacking a social circle, it really is a huge hindrance in my experience

Pull Pull pulL
/r/askTRP09/04/17 01:21 PM
5

If you're asking what PPL is, it's a routine where you do Pull Pull and Legs. I structure it PPLrestPPLrest so I can go fresh into deadlifts but lots of people do PPLPPLrest to keep it a 7 day cycle
/r/askTRP09/04/17 12:02 PM
2

Not him but ppl is the way to go if you ask me. I don't like rest days much so it's perfect

Dude, you're doing it wrong if you don't have a second apartment and a fake license, passport, and SS card. And don't even think about contacting family with anything other than a burner phone.

This made a lot of sense to me and was really helpful, I appreciate it.

I would say my needs are positivity (I plan on writing the things I'm thankful for) and building self-esteem /confidence. Do you think there is something for the latter?
/r/askTRP03/04/17 02:33 PM
2

I'm thinking that post may have been the one that sparked me to look into this, now that you mention it. That sounds like a good way to do it, and I'll give that a listen when I get some time, thanks!

Are you saying if you had a gf you wouldn't travel for a month with a friend if you had a chance?
/r/askTRP02/04/17 05:19 PM
1

Not much, trying to do it more. I don't seem to have many opportunities
/r/askTRP01/04/17 03:39 PM

That's just not true, a guy with no social life or sexual prospects is going to be miserable despite being in shape and having a good career. I would know

I got a girls number at Starbucks earlier this week (she kept looking at me, I went over and we had a short chat about 3 minutes, she happily gave me her # and I left) I texted her yesterday and no reply. Would you say I should text her again next week or nah?

I can't remember where I read it, but chin ups activate the lats more, not a huge difference but a decent amount
/r/askTRP25/03/17 05:30 PM
1

You're right, but he's basically saying do chin ups instead of pull ups. they'll hit the lats better, as well as the biceps

can't link now, but look up athlean x 5 steps to posture (something like that) on youtube
/r/TheRedPill24/03/17 02:41 AM
1

Bad, same with friends despite trying to be social. I practice but I keep acting the same way because that's how I have my whole life.
/r/seduction22/03/17 06:03 PM
1

Practice makes permanent, not practice makes perfect. If you keep doing it while you suck, you will stay sucky
/r/seduction22/03/17 04:43 PM
3

I get what you mean, but I think while you say you're using it as a synonym for someone who is just unsuccessful, to most people it's the same as calling someone a lame, faggy piece of shit who has nothing going for him in life.
/r/TheRedPill22/03/17 07:29 AM
1

It's less masculine and means you have a lower natural limit for muscle mass, I could see how somebody would think that
/r/TheRedPill22/03/17 06:49 AM
3

What did you change and how?
/r/TheRedPill22/03/17 06:47 AM
2

But haven't had the success they wanted Because they're losers That's exactly what you said dude
/r/TheRedPill22/03/17 06:46 AM
1

I've fluctuated over the last 5 years from very skinny to medium sized but lean and pretty aesthetic(currently kinda skinny again but bulking up). When I was more muscular I definitely got more attention. However, the bigger advantage is mental, I was so much more confident and secure and that was what made the real difference.
/r/askTRP20/03/17 09:21 AM

Do you communicate through snapchat, like through pictures? Or the chat?
/r/askTRP20/03/17 09:16 AM

Didn't see these mentioned here but hip thrusts work your glutes and stiff legged deadlifts work glutes and hammies
/r/askTRP16/03/17 10:41 AM

I figured that's one of my few choices, I just have no idea how to act going alone, guess I'll have to figure it out some day

5

Didn't you know that every liberal is a blue-pilled beta cuck? But yeah, I have no idea where that came from
/r/TheRedPill08/03/17 01:25 PM
1

my waking hours are overnight so I can't really do hobbies or normal social things except for bars
/r/askTRP08/03/17 12:32 PM
1

Well yeah, eventually that is the plan, but as of now I don't have the social skills or confidence to go out on my own. And this isn't really about women, right now it's more about getting the other parts of my life together (hobbies, social skills, charisma, etc) and figuring out the best way to do that.
/r/askTRP08/03/17 07:53 AM
2

Yeah I did meet a couple and hung out with their group for a bit, but it kind of fizzled out after a while because honestly I had nothing to offer them and I was/am awkward
/r/askTRP08/03/17 06:14 AM
9

Can you explain the second paragraph a little more?
/r/seduction06/03/17 08:24 PM
44

I get the idea of this, but that's so completely out of character for me (and I assume lots of guys here). I've never walked up to a random person just to get to know them and see if they're cool. Do we need to somehow become someone that does that?
/r/seduction05/03/17 04:05 AM
1

I'd like to second htbf's question
/r/TheRedPill05/03/17 02:33 AM
1

I've been thinking about this lately; I can't figure out if one is better/"right" or maybe they aren't mutually exclusive
/r/askTRP04/03/17 05:56 PM
2

Ohp, lateral raises, face pulls. (You need to work all 3 shoulder muscles to keep it healthy)
/r/askTRP03/03/17 02:06 AM
1

That sounds like a pretty good plan of action. Now I just need to figure out my "z". Thanks
/r/askTRP26/02/17 04:28 PM
1

I'm pretty much in the exact same boat as him, I know I need to have "value" to bring to people before I can expect to grow a social circle, but I can't figure out what that means or how to achieve it. How do you think someone cab become valuable/someone others want to be around?
/r/askTRP26/02/17 03:09 PM
2

Yeah I'm working on that for sure, but it's also a problem of a lack of social circle. Lifting can help that too, but not as much
/r/TheRedPill24/02/17 04:46 AM
7

Man, the socially competent part is what's holding me back, and that's definitely the hardest to improve
/r/TheRedPill24/02/17 02:14 AM

Fair enough
/r/seduction23/02/17 03:21 PM

Honestly, I feel like high fives are always so forced and unnatural unless it's at a sporting event or some other place where you feel like you're on the same team. Idk, maybe it's just me
/r/seduction23/02/17 12:43 PM

If you do the crock pot, use thighs instead of breasts. Cook them on high for 4 hours and they're pretty much perfect every time.
/r/askTRP20/02/17 04:10 AM

There's a scene in a tv show (i think it was peep show) that I think shows this perfectly. The main character (Mark) - who is kind of dorky and weak - takes a girl he likes to a movie and has a confrontation with a rude man there. This gets mark and his date kicked out. She is impressed and turned on by how bad ass he was acting until he pulls out the switchblade from his coat that he had been carrying around and all of the sudden she is terrified because he went from being rough to being a knif…
/r/askTRP18/02/17 01:18 AM

Well damn dude that's a lot of fucking ifs

I've learned to take almost nothing personally with women haha, appreciate the advice
/r/askTRP02/02/17 05:46 AM
3

Sorry, i don't understand exactly what you mean. If it helps clarify, I told her I had plans at 8, so the time has long passed that we could hang out and she knows it. You're saying not to text her again and wait to see if she contacts me?
/r/askTRP02/02/17 05:16 AM
2

They aren't annoyed?
/r/askTRP28/01/17 01:06 AM
2

I imagine there is talking to people involved in this, right?
/r/seduction27/01/17 05:26 AM
2

Beginner bass guitar and practice amp will set you back $200 or so. If you get good enough it's much easier to find a band needing a bassist rather than a guitar player
/r/askTRP03/12/16 06:14 PM
5

The point of the post is that, yes, it is hard for some people.
/r/askTRP30/11/16 10:42 AM
4

What is the process? Just trial and error? Failing until you improve?
/r/askTRP30/11/16 10:41 AM
2

Would you say there is a certain industry or type of business that tends to be hands off? Or is it more of a case-by-case situation?
/r/askTRP20/11/16 09:24 PM
2

Serious question, how do you meet anyone at concerts? In my experience it's always way too loud to talk to anyone.
/r/seduction17/11/16 02:01 AM
2

It's very telling that she includes her emotions that the guy literally has no control over (such as her insecurity due to not being prepared to have sex.) in the guy's rating. This shows how much emotions count, even when guys have 0 control
/r/TheRedPill06/11/16 12:48 AM

Damn this is making me realize how far I have to go. I took a Latin dance class and my experience wasn't like this at all. There weren't that many girls, but I could tell that I wasn't building any kind of rapport or good vibes with any of them. I was trying to not be creepy and keep it completely platonic, maybe that was the problem. Even the guys in the class were nice but seemed like they looked down on me in a adult>teen kind of way.
/r/TheRedPill23/10/16 05:24 AM
7

How exactly did that happen? What kind of self-improvement made people want to be around you -- or even put you in social situations? I just moved to a new city and have delved into self-improvement myself, but I find myself spending the majority of my time alone.
/r/TheRedPill14/10/16 04:43 AM

Are you saying that the singing lessons include the projection, vocalization, and breathing? Or are those separate?
/r/TheRedPill12/10/16 06:17 AM
3

It sounds like you have amazing social skills/ great personality already, not to be an ass but I don't think it really helps to say "go out and be a cool sociable person" to someone who is asking for social advice
/r/askTRP03/10/16 10:47 PM
2

Any certain vids/channels? There are so many it's overwhelming
/r/TheRedPill30/09/16 02:34 AM
1

But how did you get to the point where it wasn't hard? What specific steps did you take?
/r/seduction25/09/16 02:09 AM
1

This is really interesting, thanks

Do you think it's possible to do that but still be fun/funny at the same time? I'm also trying to be less serious/boring.
/r/askTRP21/09/16 03:59 AM
2

You mention a good deal about social skills in general; do think traits that are discussed here that attract women (confidence, idgaf, frame, amused mastery, etc) carry over to improved social skills, or is that a different beast?
/r/TheRedPill20/09/16 12:52 AM
0

No offense, but this is more about how to meet people than how to make friends. People who have lacking socials skills (me included) aren't going to easily make friends just by being around people.
/r/seduction19/09/16 12:05 PM
2

Same here, I've heard it all before but the way he put it is really getting at me this time.
/r/TheRedPill18/09/16 07:39 PM
2

Those are good tips, but doing interesting things doesn't make your personality not boring. I have quite a few hobbies but I still feel boring and don't really make friends through them.
/r/seduction09/09/16 02:52 AM
2

Would you say this goes for all conversations, not just ones where you're trying to attract someone? Because I just started a new job and am meeting a lot of people but seem to have the same problem as OP; lackluster conversations and the feeling that there was no real connection
/r/seduction26/07/16 02:58 AM

I know places in my city have special nights at bars (trivia, karaoke, etc.) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so they probably will in yours too

A guy with a small dick is going to feel the need to embellish the size of his dick. A guy with a big dick is going to be comfortable enough to make the small dick joke. What if I say it's small and it is
