A woman's name? What the fuck does that even mean? My username is a reference to a project I'm working on. Obviously, you wouldn't get it. You can hang up your tweeds and cloth cap, Sherlock. You ain't getting anywhere with this one.

Yeah, that's fair. I could've approached the situation better, and I misjudged him right away without hearing him out fully. That's on me. I'm glad he's okay.

Yeah, I get that. It's just really infuriating as a man to see a subreddit that's supposed to be a support group for us to be filled with such blatant misogyny. I just want a proper MRA group, one that isn't so toxic and hateful, and it's like a knife to the heart. But I do think I came off too harsh.

Therapy is a very useful tool, one that men can really benefit from, I myself have benefit from it. To say that it's useless and to advise men not to seek it out is disgusting, in my opinion. Most people on this subreddit will claim to be men's rights advocates but then completely dismiss anything that could be of help to them. This subreddit doesn't benefit men at all. In fact, it only makes things worse for them as it's an echo chamber full of men echoing the same misogynistic beliefs. I have …

Dude, I don't understand why you are so upset on this guys behalf. He's a complete stranger. You don't know him. And I would actually be willing to converse with you, but you have done nothing but hurtle insults at me since this discussion started. The last time I checked, that's not how conversations work. You can't just come out guns blazing and expect someone to want to talk to you. Would you talk to someone like this in real life? I doubt it. If you want to get your point across, then do so …

Are you really that dense? Obviously, therapists aren't going to help him with dating. That's what relationship counselors are for. But, a therapist is fully capable of helping him. They can talk about his past trauma involving women, getting to the root of his current perception of them, and help him unlearn his misogynistic worldview. He can work towards having a healthier mindset with the help of a professional. A therapists job is to help you with coping mechanisms, improving communication s…

So you guys are just keeping up with trends and doing what everyone else in this sub is doing?....instead of thinking for yourself and forming your own opinions using your own words....You mean, like an echo chamber?.....

I never said women are more compassionate and empathetic than men. Both men and women are capable of expressing these things. I just said that they possess those qualities, and that alone is a very good reason to have women in your life. Women can be good people, sometimes they can even provide you with insight that you wouldn't otherwise consider, the women in my life are really good at providing different perspectives and showing me the bigger picture when it comes to certain things. To say th…

This is why I called you an incel. You blame women instead of taking a good, hard look at yourself. The guy gave you an incorrect definition of incel. Incel means involuntarily celibate. It's more than just a word to describe someone who is sexless, though you will see a lot of people on the internet throw this word around without understanding what it means. It is a mindset, a subculture that has existed for a VERY long time. I am giving you the correct definition, the original one that's defin…

Well, if you're being too nice, that would make just about anyone uncomfortable because from the dates perspective, it makes you come off as insincere, like you're forcing a persona that isn't true to who you are. And acting like a fuck boy isn't a good look either, that is only going to scare women away, at least the one's who aren't about hookup culture and are looking for something more sustainable. My advice would be to drop the act, stop pretending to be someone you aren't. You can't form m…

It is very much in your control because you have the ability to change your mindset and behavior. I encourage you to seek therapy and talk to a professional about the issues you are having. It is not healthy to despise women like this and to view them like sex objects.

No, we don't relate because we're not incels lol. Edit: I love how I'm getting down voted for this, so let me explain. At the end of your post, you said the only reason why you would want to keep women around is to have sex with them, and that they serve no other purpose but that. That right there is the reason why women don't want anything to do with you. Women don't care if you have a "killer body" or a strong work ethic, if you only see them as a fleshlight they are going to stay the fuck awa…
