I get what you’re saying, I’m just going to end it with I don’t agree with you. You highly underestimate the power of women.

Once again, you’re talking about society as a whole and not 1 individual person.

I want to see where you’re pulling these numbers from. Links to studies please.

You realize we’re in the 21st century? If your Thanos snap where to happen, women would survive just fine without men. Same would go for men without women.

You keep trying to go towards society level, when many have said you’re not wrong. As an individual woman I can go with or without a man if I needed to. It’s a want, not a need.

Wants and needs aren’t the same thing. Children aren’t a need

I love the captain and first mate analogy. Sure the ship can be run by by either of shipmate alone, but there is no fun in that. Any relationship is about letting go of some control, and trusting you’re partner to do their part to keep the ship afloat. If he wants to run the ship while I’m in charge of entertainment, I will totally enjoy soaking up the sun and wind in my hair on our boat to amazing places. While we’re on land is where my duties step in.

It is different for everyone, and shouldn’t be painful all the time (if it is, it could be a medical issue). For me, I would compare it to menstrual cramps the first time or two, but that was over 20 years ago. If it gets too painful, let him know. Being intimate is about trust, and that means communication. Be open and honest with him about how you feel.

We did this, 15 min to talk about work then it’s done. Worked well, especially since we both worked for the same company - I already heard about what Bob did, but husband’s version usually had more details Edit: and now I’m perma-banned from r/offmychest haha. No big loss there.

Lately I've found some really cute ones off of Groupon for under $20.

I love wearing dresses, even on my days off and I'm not going anywhere. In the past it would have been sweats and a T, but a nice cotton dress is just as comfortable.

Go to a shooting range, a lot of will places even have a ladies night. Explain your situation, they will go over safety and handling a gun and you get to fire it a few times. After that, if you're still uncomfortable handling a gun, decide what other options you might have. Pepper spray, women's self defense course, etc.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
