Since you can't use examples I offer, how about you give me a personal example of what you mean? I know for a fact that ignoring offers no benefits against bullies, but maybe you have practical experience with a different kind of abuser who can be dealt with in this manner. Whose manipulation attempts did you successfully trump by ignoring them? What did they do before you started and how did they behave differenty exactly?

How the hell does ignoring a manipulator work? It's like telling a kid to ignore the playground bully while the bully punts them around. It's not pray and spray, it not only blinds you to the threat but it also gives them further leverage with which to work with (he ignores me because he doesn't like me, he doesn't trust me, he is a mistrustful man, etc). Don't give counterproductive advice man. It's not cool. At all.

My father is an extremely stoic and emotionally stable man. Nobody can overrule his emotions, and nobody can intimidate him. He single handedly pulled his family out of poverty as far as I know. I admire him for those qualities, but he is atrocious in every other aspect of being a man. He is not socially competent. He is not situationally prepared. He does not communicate feasible advice or nurture. And worst of all, he is physically obese and not only ignorant of male/female dynamics, but he do…

I don't have trouble sleeping early, I have trouble scheduling. On an ordinary day I will exercise twice (morning run, afternoon calisthenics) and sometimes thrice (morning/night run, afternoon calisthenics). This depends on level of exhaustion from the previous day's exercise and I don't know what kind of job offers this kind of flexibility for hours put into it. I have tried doing commissioned art but I have not been earning to a satisfactory level (ie I am a poor as shit artist cuz I charge l…

Not ideal? According to whom? None of the online keto guides I've read mentioned that.

Define 'correctly'. I've tried keto, I've tried carb cycling, I've tried calorie counting. Right now my regime seems to be working for keeping weight in check even though I started on carbs again.

I've seen a doctor for premilitary screening, I'm perfectly healthy aside from a minor predisposition to fainting due to some heart fuckery. It's not supposed to affect sleeping or ability to get rest.

I can wake up earlier. It's not a matter of discipline, I have done it before. I just get constant headaches, can't process thoughts properly or respond quickly if I do, and my physical performance suffers.

Because I'm used to getting accepts. I got two solid accepts despite awful game on my first two tries before I graduated and it's all been downhill from there.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
