Lol at these comments saying how long you should wait to respond and how much you should text. Just say whatever you want whenever you want to her, you have other things to focus on in your life (job, hobbies, etc). Girls will like and respect you so much more

Have a hobby, or focus on your job that’s more important to you than the girl

Just ask her directly. Also the world is not gonna collapse and run out of women who would be interested in you if she rejects

Ask about the girl’s life and think back to you to find a common ground (hobbies, childhood background, education, etc.) - that’s an effective way to build rapport not only with girls but any other person you socialize with. Don’t stress too much into thinking what you should do to connect/impress the girl. Treat her as any other human beings you talk to and you’d be fine

If you don’t talk to girls yes. Point is when you develop yourself, the confidence will build up, you will have more things to talk about when you’re around girls which automatically makes you more attractive

Don’t be a pussy and just go straight for the kiss when you feel like it

Aim to develop yourself (both physically and mentally), you can set the goals yourself. Girls will come to you

I think what OP meant is that work on yourself and uphold your values (attract) while interacting with women you're interested in, and don't give in too much into the chase (i.e., putting the woman on a pedestal) that you ignore your needs and your values, that would be extremely unattractive as a guy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
