Are you saying that the EU has no legal power to stop rape? If the EU cannot stop the rape of it's own citizens, what's the point of giving it any power. Actually even more than that, it's even a great tool for looking at other ideologies that spew hate. Nazis, Communists, Scientologists, New Age-ism, Christians, Muslims and Jews.
