1	Working out and eating healthy has changed my perspective on life for the better. If you haven’t started lifting weights, do it now I mean I doubt he's saying he literally went to a lab to verify that 100% of those 35 pounds were pure muscle. 1	How I get girls to text back ALMOST every time. i'm confused. are you in the U.S. when you do this?
