seeming "unsure" could go either way but seeming "nervous" is not the reaction you want when asking a girl out. From the little you describe of the situation, I'm guessing she's not very comfortable around you and that's really all you need to know for your answer. Get over the idea of asking her out and start seeing other women. It'll be healthier for you emotionally to get her off your mind by dating other women anyway.

yes, two boobs to be specific. Quantity refers to their volume, of course!

IMO it's more a matter of quality over quantity, although it always helps having something to work with.

It doesn't really matter what you call it but friend zoning happens, the term has just come to mean more than the name would imply. The reason he says that it doesn't exist is because a lot of people see the friend zone as an excuse to have failed to attract a woman through no fault of their own. In reality, 99% of the time it's entirely their fault. This idea that you can do no wrong is toxic and needs to be done away with in all aspects of your life to become a better more attractive person. T…

Don Quixote is actually a very good reference here even if it's not what you intended. This rhetoric makes people feel that they are masters of game and give them false confidence, the sort of absurd idealism that Don Quixote symbolizes to a tee.

Op is clearly slinging some crazy mind-blowing rhetoric that will change the way you think about everything and make you impervious to failure with the opposite sex. something like: "A truly attractive person doesn't tilt at windmills" mindblown! /thread

I like to offer a punch card: "cum 9 times and the 10th is free". It seems to do the trick.

I would advise you stop right there. It seems as though she's made it pretty clear that she's not interested. She didn't necessarily contradict herself because her aunt visiting may not be what she calls "plans", but she didn't express interest in some other time. This is about the point where you should start trying to get over her, because your better off not being hung up on someone who doesn't share your feelings. For the record, in no way am I saying it's going to be easy, I've been there--…

I wouldn't be concerned. A week can be a looooong time, but the fact is that if she's genuinely interested, she won't forget about you in that short period. If she does, then she's given you enough reason to move on and find someone who won't.

hey man this has nothing to do with you. If she was really acting anything like you describe, they were clear signs that she was interested in you. this doesn't necessarily imply availability, but it's her job as a member of a devoted, monogamous relationship to put an end to these shenanigans before they go too far. In my personal opinion, the hand holding should have been where she drew the line. On a related Note: It definitely wasn't as much of a "sure thing" for me as this probably felt for…

engineering student, would typically agree, but there seems to be a fair number of cute girls in my physics and calculus classes (at least this semester).

several reasons (by order of importance): 1)become more outgoing and make more friends, male and female. 2)learn how to attract a women so I can put my best foot forward when I find "the one". 3)sex is nice. addressing the second question: My game has improved by leaps and bounds since I started reading Seddit, but I still have so very far to go. I figure if I haven't upped my game in the given time period(s), nothing particularly bad will happen. who's to say, maybe I'll need to put my best foo…

This is a much more loaded question than you may think. outcome independence is hard to achieve without a strong sense of self worth. You have to love yourself enough to know that a "no" is a loss for her, not you. It should become easier as you ask more women out with varying degrees of success. You'll start to realize that more of them will say yes than you think, and even the occasional no will get easier as you begin to understand that the repercussions are not nearly as bad you think they'l…

That sucks man, best I can offer is to avoid the ones that seem to flirt with everyone. Besides that you always run the risk of a no by BF. Just this week I asked a girl out that I had been getting to know a little bit and found out that she had a boyfriend she didn't mention.

I spend most of my free time in the MESA room at the various JC's I attend in my community college district (MESA is a program that offers tutoring and resources for financially disadvantaged STEM students). I tend to find that an above average number of the women I meet there carry some degree of intellectual merit. Similarly, I'm far enough into my course work as an engineering student that any women in my classes are clearly pursuing a field typically regarded as academically rigorous. Note: …

exactly. In the process of being specific, you almost have to make the other person feel inferior because you give them hard numbers with which to compare. If you keep it vague, the point is made. They will recognize that you're knowledgeable/skilled/talented/hardworking etc. at what you do and everyone's ego stays in tact. And this is exactly what people look for in friends/SO's. someone with perceived value that will also allow you to maintain your own self image, maybe even build you up with …

I whole-heartedly agree. I tend to think that the most attractive kind of person is the type that knows they're the best (even if they aren't truly the best, they have the confidence to believe so) but doesn't go out of their way to make it known. Instead they let their awesomeness be known through their (non-douchy) actions and words. To this end there's nothing wrong with the occasional bout of confidence-bordering gloating. This is the sort of man I strive to be, not because women find it att…
