It's not just older men that think these claims are exaggerated... I'm in my 20s but it's not my or any of my friends experiences

That's still not really a reason to assume every woman doesn't deserve to be there. I've worked in science research and building engineering, and in both fields I've known many women who are in the upper tiers of competency among everyone, but are taken less seriously in spite of that. On the plus side, I get to see a bunch of people shove their foots in their mouths when they work with them.

I don't think plastic surgery will ever go away, I think it will just become less noticeable. Part of the reason why people shit on plastic surgery now is because, unless you're a celebrity and have a blank check to fix yourself up with (and even then plenty of celebrities look like lizard people), it's so obviously fake that it's off-putting. That's going to change over time as medical technology advances, and you'll eventually be seeing a lot more people that have gotten work done and just loo…

I am clueless about the costs but I would say any man who wants to get on some form of birth control like this should freeze some of their sperm as a backup just in case.
/r/MensRights19/08/22 12:35 PM
3

Hormonal birth control for sure is bad news and you should avoid it if possible. This, however, hopefully won't have the same amount of drawbacks. If we have the technology to allow for it, we ought to promote people being able to control when they reproduce without having to give up on sex.

The idea behind hypergamy, at least the way it's used in online spaces like the Red Pill, isn't just that women date up financially. It's that women will readily jump ship from man to man if they can find one that's significantly more well-off than the one they're with currently.

When people are doing something wrong, nobody wants to think they're doing something wrong. They rationalize it however they have to. That's just human nature, and it makes people defensive when someone else comes at them saying they're fucking something up.

That's not comparable because in that circumstance I'd already need to know everything on her phone just magically or some shit. It's not about taking measures to check your partner's loyalty, it's about the fact that a woman will always know her child is hers, and a man ought to have that same confidence. I personally want government to mandate that paternity tests be done on all new births where a man is claiming fatherhood because that way it's not in the hands of the man to be judged by peop…

How is it fair that women will always enjoy the biological reality that they'll know 100% their kid is theirs, but men can't have that same assurance?
/r/MensRights19/07/22 03:54 PM

/r/MensRights23/03/22 09:36 PM

It certainly doesn't feel 100% fair that a couple could be trying for a kid and when they are successful she has second thoughts and he's just fucked. I think the problem is that some biological realities mean there is either some sort of inequality or imposing on one's freedoms.
/r/MensRights20/03/22 09:50 PM
3

I'm not commenting on whether a woman should require a father's input to get an abortion, but there is a very real inequality when it comes to becoming a parent. In the event of an unplanned pregnancy, a woman has tons of options to opt out of parenthood, and a man has exactly zero. That's an issue.

Was it that high from the beginning? I kept my effective dose low by only using once a week at most, and nowadays since I use only once every few months the 500 is perfectly good
/r/askTRP19/11/20 11:56 AM
1

8 milligrams or grams? If you're actually dosing that low it's no wonder you don't feel anything. My smallest effective dose is 500mg and 2000mg is usually about where I start feeling weird in a not good way.
/r/askTRP18/11/20 03:23 AM
3

I take it off an on. I got it originally to replace adderal as a study helper in college and nowadays I have it once every couple months when I just feel like having a good time. I used to take 1500mg because I was taking it a couple times a week, nowadays I only need 500mg to get what I'm looking for. It definitely feels less slimy that I don't feel like I need it anymore and just take it because I feel like it.

I figured out that my porn addiction was linked to my having a dead social life and I guess it was a dopamine trip that I wasn't getting through healthier outlets. I fixed my social life and the urge to watch porn went away. I still have a wank once every week or two but I'm fine with that frequency, better than multiple times a day I'd say. I don't know of your issue is the same as mine but maybe start by seeing if your porn habits are balancing out a part of your life that is lacking.

Sex takes getting used to and I probably didn't even hit peak enjoyment until 6 or 7 years after I lost my virginity. I'm sure mileage varies
/r/askTRP20/08/20 02:19 AM
2

I figured out that my porn addiction was a stand in for my having a shitty social life and being a 24/7 workaholic with no fulfilling downtime, so I started trying to go out more and it almost completely disappeared. After the quarantine started and the novelty of the situation wore off a month in, the urges started to come back which seems to have confirmed the cause.

You can't build confidence outside of work?
/r/askTRP24/05/20 05:22 PM

If your current job is fun at the cost of taking you nowhere in your career, you should probably change jobs. You've got plenty of time outside work to go be social, and if you're fucking around at a restaurant job instead of hustling you're probably going to regret it later, especially if this more social job isn't even getting you laid.

I've never noticed a huge impact on sensitivity when I had to rub one out beforehand, and all I can speak from is my own experience
/r/askTRP04/05/20 12:30 PM

Rubbing one out would make him last longer though?
/r/askTRP04/05/20 11:16 AM

I wouldn't say it's bad advice. I was just describing what's worked for me over the years. I definately prefer to just have a longer session and nut twice but sometimes time is a factor and rubbing one out has been good enough.
/r/askTRP03/05/20 10:39 PM

Your source references Judaism. They didn't invent the concept of circumcision.
/r/MensRights03/05/20 12:27 AM
1

You asserted that circumcision was only used for one purpose by all those who practiced it though. If they thought it would accomplish something and it didn't, then does their reasoning matter this far into the future?
/r/MensRights03/05/20 12:06 AM
1

Your source states that women prefer men that are not circumcised because the man can last longer and make her orgasm, whereas a man the is circumcised can't last. Do you have a source that states that there is only one use of circumcision that all the cultures that practice it used it for? Because all the reading I've done about it has a list of potential reasons.
/r/MensRights02/05/20 11:10 PM
1

Circumcision has roots in a bunch of different cultures and was used for a bunch of different reasons. Your source directly contradicts the common thought that circumcision actually reduces penile sensitivity in men as well.
/r/MensRights02/05/20 10:41 PM
1

So you think that women were chasing after uncircumcised men back in the day because they were animals in bed?
/r/MensRights02/05/20 10:04 PM
1

If that's the only source than a valid source doesn't exist, and if they intended to curb the sexuality of men by making them bust a nut faster, then they failed.
/r/MensRights02/05/20 09:52 PM
1

That doesn't change the fact that it's not a valid source to draw from, or that it's just inaccurate.
/r/MensRights02/05/20 09:46 PM
3

I don't understand how your link means anything. I was expecting an academic paper of some kind but instead it's just flowery language that boils down to "men who are circumcised can't last as long", which isn't even true.

The point of his comment is that it's a matter of perspective. You say it should be obvious why video games would be appealing while partying with friends is not, but the same could be said in reverse.

You can grade in maths and sciences based off your thought process and not just the answer. If you have some long ass problem to solve and 3/4 of your thought process is correct but you fuck up the last bit before the answer you should get partial credit. The problem arises when you have teachers that are wishy washy about what certain parts are worth. My college physics prof graded this way and he was absolutely neurotic about laying out how many points each part of each question was worth to a…

I'm just copying this from the last guy that asked the same question cuz it's long as shit: If you're like me then hearing advice that boils down to "Just stop" is probably not what you're looking for because if it was that easy it wouldn't be called an addiction. I'd even argue that part of the distinction is that with the ultimatum, they're rarely going to follow through, especially on the more petty bullshit, which just goes to show that it's blatant manipulation and not for an important reason. I would not be surprised at all if OP told his gf to take a walk and she didn't follow through.

That's a very surface level understanding of red pill teachings. Literally the only difference between someone who has internalized the red pill and the ones that are still figuring shit out is the difference between "This girl isn't giving me what I want, but I know what strings to pull to get her to cut the bullshit" and "This girl isn't giving me what I want, but I have so many options and I'm so okay with just not needing her attention/affection that I'm just gonna go off and do my own thing…

It pretty much comes down to framing. If she said it the way you phrased it, I don't think anyone can blame her for feeling that way and being willing to walk if her needs aren't being met. But, the OP framed her talking to him about this as "If you don't do X I'm dumping you", at least in my reading of the post, and that comes off as manipulative.
/r/askTRP20/02/20 05:23 PM
13

A lot of the time, even though the result is the same, what matters is the intention. There's a big difference between "I consider frequent sex in my romantic relationships a requirement for my own needs to be met" and "If you don't have sex with me I'm leaving you".

As the medical technology and life expectancy increases people tend to think they can out off starting a family until later in life. A lot of the girls that say never kids in their teens/early twenties will probably change their minds later down the road, and they can do that now because infant mortality and other things allow for it.

Fix your sleep and your diet. You will have the energy to lift and get laid, but you gotta take care of your body if you want to be using it to the fullest. No less than 7 hours, the earlier you can get to sleep the better, as I find that sleep gotten before midnight is better than sleep gotten after, but that's just me. Sex might be one of our most basic drives, but when you have it whenever you want it readily available, you get interference from another of our basic drives: wanting what you don't have. Humans strive to achieve that which they don't have because it pushed us forward and staves off stagnation. You've got sex, so you want it less. It's completely normal. Now you can use your time and effort on something else important to you that you haven't yet achieved.

Part of the whole "plate philosophy" is that a woman will get sick of not being able to secure commitment from you and will bail or move on to another guy and try again, thus the plate breaks but by then you've secured another already. It's not crazy to believe that a BP whispering things to undermine your relationship with a plate could accelerate this process.
