I’m a Hindu from the states - was vegetarian for the first 18 years of my life. I don’t suppose my genetics vary too much from yours. For some background, I’m 26 weigh 178 lbs; and my lifts are currently at 405 deadlift, 250 bench, and 315 squat. I also run marathons and complete events like tough mudder frequently. If it’s a 3 day week I usually do a push/pull/legs routine. Push is generally bench, inclined barbells, shoulder press, lat raises, and Arnold raises at 3x8. Pull is deadlift, barbell row, lat pull down, pull ups, all at 3x8. I’ll throw in some isolations such as dips, dumbbell curls, and triceps extensions at 3x8 also. Leg day is squat, front squat, lunges, leg press and hamstring curls at 3x8.

My friends aren't an issue in anyway; I consider my self blessed to have the group of guy friends that I have; ones who I can always talk to about anything, support me in my career goals and provide help, and some who make sure that I go to the gym with. I just see some tendencies and actions from them that do not align with my perspective after coming here.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
