Indiana, 2 kiddos, house(easy 60k in equity to split 50/50), not many assets, she does not work (why I'm trying for amicable). I am leaving her for another woman Im moving in with after the home sells. Offering stbxw almost all home furnishings and belongings. Agree that woman aren't logic driven as men for sure.

Thank you for the help, this is all very new to me. Could you explain what you mean by collaborative route? All I really want out of this, is at least half custody and enough of my equity to have enough capital to start over.

4 and 7 I'm 29, she's 31 Both of our families are in our city She finished an associate's program in medical billing/coding I paid for. She finished last Jan. She has held several jobs prior to our daughter being born, including one management level. She won't try and object to another divorce attempt, next time.
