A lot of guys have the mentality of “ah fuck it I’m already this far might as well finish” and then you finish and suddenly your motivation is gone. I’m pretty sure there are guys who can go out approach even after regular fapping. I guess hindsight I should’ve generalize tip 2 stating stop what kills your motivation. Could be anything.
