You are right defferentiating having to prove your worth and the inherent position you get just by being able to give birth, but you also have to remember that having a certain natural ability isn't going to buy you respect and power. Whatever equality movement there is seeks respect for whoever it is fighting for. I am a woman myself and it makes me vomit to think i could be only of use bc i can give birth. I wouldnt be able to know how men feel and considering how you have described it, it is …

Yes exactly, as for those who believe in strong older marriages, that was the reason! Marriages were strong financial agreements that left no room for any kind of emotion or mistake, im not belittling them either! Hell, im one of those people, but i guess if we managed to make the world a better place for love, we can achieve a better one where we both secure our social and emotional stability.

Oddly, romantic marriage is a new human invention, throughout civilizations and since the documentation of pairs' decision to have sex, marriage has always been a job, a task to be done within life. The idea of love is so deeply instilled in us that we can not imagine a life without it, im all for the love but we also have to acknowledge the fact that not always and for the longer part of the documentation of human life as we know it, marriage has not been out of love but out of responsibility a…

My job isn't that feminine! I work in an art studio. Mostly manual work (jewelry making) plus some translation stuff on the side

Women bear the children, that is in their dna to survive and men get killed bc they are the instictually protecters and undertake riskier tasks. Its not about who is smarter, its about doing what you feel good about. Ukrainian men will not "lose" either they win or not. Bc they are already winners. And Russians (those responsible, when they know they have ways to avoid being one of the killing pieces) are losers, bc they know what they are doing is not sensible. Bottom line is Ukrainians did not…

Exactly! I'm not a ukrainian, but I can understand you on the deepest level. I, myself am an iranian and I don't really care if I get to live or get killed, what I do hope for is not to be scared when I'm given a chance to be vocal about my struggles. So yeah the op does make some good points but its not all that matters. You hear about epic stories everywhere, and most people think that is only fictional and will mock those who choose to be heros, not that op is doing that. I'm just painting a …

Thats why I said Iranians don't get counted, cuz they are vocal about it! I wouldn't make any judgements about people I don't know, i only give facts as I live them. And its not like muslim women must submit, as long as I know there are more than one billion musilims out there, and the share of Iranians is way different than those you see in the Arab world. Muslims can be different from one another, yk! If a woman likes to submit its how she wants it, I've lived and was born by Muslim women who …

I agree with you on this going both ways. As for iranian women, I've never seen an international sensation centering around them. Although they are in the middle east and many seem to have the idea of submission associated with muslim women in mind, Iranians don't fit as much into that category.

I've always tried to be kind, polite and honest, I've always loved being like that and I'm doing it for myself except for a few times when I don't feel like the other men deserve it or that they look predatory. However being all that has not helped me in a good way either, and it seems like men do say they like these traits but they won't always be the only elements factoring in the attractiveness of a woman, when it comes to romantic relationships.

Also, many seem to struggle with low libido when they take the pill, for me tho it wasn't the case, I've tried two types of pill and I've been without them too, I can't say I've realised any change in my sex drive.

I've never had a serious relationship, but I've been trying so hard talking to many guys to make it happen. The last guy was perfect but I fucked it up and I think it was just another lesson to be learned. I've always believed in keeping it mature and not block people, but after him, I blocked every boy I've ever talked to on any platform. I'm the kinda girl who goes way into the future and makes plans ahead, with those I like, which doesn't happen often. But lately I feel like I've been on a pa…

I feel you! I might not be as independent as you but based on some feedbacks I've got, I've been told time and time again that I can take care of myself and am pretty capable of doing stuff myself. My dad has always let me do the stuff I wanted and pushed me further on going riskier, which I've loved, some might even think he's stupid for letting me do some dangerous things, not many daughters get to do. Like he let me drive past midnight alone by I was desperate to get home rather than stay at …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
