| 1 | Nothing #inspiresinclusion like bragging about the vast majority of counsellors not being men…and yet you responded How profound. Refusing to look up evidence in the greatest web based database and calling it a lack of evidence. It’s like closing your eyes and saying you don’t see. Literally Google anyone of your arguments and watch it fall apart. Oh and also did you provide citations? No you didn’t. Talk about double standards. There isn’t affirmative action for white men in particular due to evidence demonstrating that discrimination against white men is rare. | /r/MensRights | 25/03/24 09:30 AM |

| 0 | Nothing #inspiresinclusion like bragging about the vast majority of counsellors not being menThe reality is women do apply to work in “mens work” fields. Women are 30% less likely to be considered for the hiring process due to gender bias. If men truly want to see more women in “mens work” fields then men need to prioritize hiring women to work alongside them. The reality is they don’t because as you perfectly described it’s self labeled as mens work and “women don’t belong here.” Let’s say she does get hired. The nonstop bullying / teasing / coworkers trying to sleep with her will prob… | /r/MensRights | 24/03/24 02:03 PM |
