Get their socials, phone number, name etc. If you're concerned, make sure they're a real person first and then if anything send that to your friends. Girls will do this far more often but by taking a pic, sending their Facebook info, share location etc with a trusted friend so they can check in. Should anything happen they've got a trail and if nothing else you're being cautious. I don't think a stranger would find that weird and if anything makes for a cute joking conversation.
