I don’t know why y’all are so pressed that I gave a females perspective on a thread literally about trying to get a female. Just bc I ‘only want a hookup’ doesn’t mean I don’t want any mental stimulation whatsoever. Is it so crazy I want to have a conversation with someone I’m sleeping with? Some of us want a continuous fwb bc finding a new person is hard and time consuming. I wasn’t trying to insult anyone. I’m just sharing my perspective on how saying too little can also be a bad thing.

Lol well let’s see how that works out for you. dudes like you are the reason why it’s so hard for other men to get laid.

Agree 100%. If you’re just being quiet but not actually interested, most women will catch on quickly and bounce

And just to add, I didn’t want anything more then a hookup. He didn’t need to ask my hopes and dreams but he could have asked how my day was. he texted me the next day and wanted to see me again, I had to say sorry, but no.

True to an extent, but I hooked up with a guy who hardly said 3 words and it made me feel so awkward.😭😂 I felt like I was interrogating him by asking basic questions, so I think you also have to know when to speak just as much as knowing when to be quiet.

Just saw this post below yours, I think he explains it well https://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/nfqjwi/contrary_to_popular_belief_it_seems_that_subtlety/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

I completely agree with this! The guys I go for are the ones who just seem friendly, not aggressively into me. 😅

But I also think society has changed a lot in how we interact, especially with the pandemic. Anxiety is at an all time high, and men and women alike hardly know how to approach eachother in real life anymore bc it can feel creepy lol.

One way I could explain it is someone attracted will change their body language once you make eye contact. Someone uninterested may smile as acknowledgment but they’ll continue walking / moving the same. You can google ‘nonverbal body language’ and that may explain it better. But I think you’ll notice a significant difference between someone smiling at you, parting lips, maybe touching their hair or slightly blushing and looking away, then someone that smiles but then stiffly keeps walking.

So if I understand you correctly, flustered means I’m interested but embarrassed to smile back? Personally, if I’m interested but caught off guard, I’ll smile slightly or shyly hide my face when I look away. I may try to look his way a minute later, which if someone does this it’s almost a guarantee they’re into you. But if I’m 100% not interested, I may still smile but it’s more of a curt nod and my body language will be more ‘rigid’.

As a woman I have to agree.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
