The book offers a practical step by step guide to fully reprogram your brain. I also think that this book and the concepts presented in it are the foundation or ground work for ALL self development endeavors. its just KEY, and its really really fucking good

I highly highly recommend Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. it is an essential resource for re-programming your brain and getting rid of all those nasty negative patterns and limiting beliefs
