They don't use it as an insult generally, everyone calls everyone that on 4chan. It's more like, "dude" than an actual intended insult because things are just more intentionally offensive there. But yeah, if it weren't 4chan I'd probably feel the same way. ;)

Might vary by geographic location. Had some friends in Alaska that had loads of success with AFF. This was probably about 7 or so years ago, so I have no idea what it's like these days.

Adult Friendfinder is a good one for that, though it's a pay site. Again, you get what you pay for. ;)

Ah, I had joined eHarmony in 2010 and there were a lot of potential matches. I never knew that they had pushed us dirty heathens aside at one point! :)

Worked for me. That's all I can say. :)

Nice. I always say you get what you pay for. eHarmony was a bit of an expensive service but I met my (now) wife using it, so it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made because we're incredibly happy together. Those free services are mostly just full of people looking for hook ups.

A hundred times this. I'm impressed that a 9th grader would opt to write an edgy paper like this one. I'm pretty sure that in 9th grade I was writing papers about Shakespeare and Oedipus Rex. MLA citation doesn't come up in high school (at least it never had for me) but it's the bread & butter for a lot of scholarly college papers. If your teacher still marks you down after citations then bring it to the attention of higher level administration within the school, such as guidance counselors or t…

Holy shit, man. I am hurting for you right now. I am so fortunate to have such a great relationship with my wife. If you ever find yourself in San Antonio I'm buying your beer for you.

Ouch, that's pretty harsh of her. Not to say that this kind of behavior is okay or anything like that, but pregnancy does a lot of wild things to a lady and not just emotionally. Even from a simple cyber security standpoint a woman's biometrics changes during a pregnancy and so I have to alter biometric anomaly percentages during their early stages of pregnancy. Given sufficient time I'm sure she'll come around to being as you've remembered her. Try not to take her words too much to heart, hormo…

It takes a radical to even throw out a term like "neo-fascist". Going from zero to Godwin in the middle of a discussion about equality isn't exactly constructive feedback. Where do you feel there have been radical right views in this discussion, apart from the "Go suck Obama's femifascist commie titty" comment?

Absolutely. I count myself fortunate every single day that my own divorce was amiable and with no lawyers involved. I'm one of the lucky ones.

The only feasible response to these text messages that I could give would be, "I do love my daughter, but I wish I could hate you to death." Then again, I have no filter. So don't do what I'd do. :)

Terrible. I suppose the only good thing that can be said in this case is that the perpetrator is going to be in jail for a very long time. In other news, C0CKPUNCHERs are anti-castration. This I did not know...

Oh, it wasn't even about the Wikileaks charges in the first place? Hadn't heard that, thanks for clearing it up.

I don't view the Wikileaks situation as a Men's Rights issue. Not sure why this was posted here. Am I missing something?

Just as a tip, if you're interested in any kind of intellectual discussion concerning atheism then hit up /r/antitheism. /r/atheism is mainly memes these days.

Wait, somebody challenged you in real life about beliefs you may or may not express on an appropriate subreddit and friendships are ending over it?

I wouldn't say that makes you a feminist so much as it makes you a realist. Men are objectified and creeped on as well, you know.
