It's about as significant as three cents on average, which overall isn't statistically significant, no. Some women will be making more, some will be making less, but this is within margin of error of equality which is telling. I never said we're opposing teams. All I said is that there's a pervasive attitude that women hating men is okay, but the opposite is an affront to equality. There's a clear bias that cuts one way. If a man wrote an article saying that women should be the last to be called on or given a chance to speak in class there would be outrage. But when a female college adviser says exactly that about men it's considered a "fair educational practice."
