How do you know it's a shit test? Anyways, here are three possible outcomes: "I'm sorry, I think you got a wrong number, who is this?". "I'm so glad you messaged me and of course I've been thinking everyday about you... What was your name again?" Let's say her name is Jessica: "Of course I miss you Sarah!" Then: "OMG sorry, of course I miss you Jessica!" Basically just pretend not even remember her, but always as a joke. Luck.

I think it may depend on the culture, but what works the best personally is to focus on being interesting enough and get her to ask your number.
