| 19 | Why is this allowed to happen?The wage gap issue that people scream about seems to pass over whether it is equal pay for equal work. If a lady is doing the same job as a man at the same level with the same experience why wouldn't she deserve the same pay. But if the lady in question is the assistant or some other position entirely or less experience or with less productivity(regardless if it is due to her physical limitations) then of course there would be a wage gap and it would be logical. | /r/PussyPass | 08/07/20 09:51 PM |
