You can also buy local sim card, just make sure your phone supports the local frequency. You’d be surprised how much are smartphones and cellular data advanced in Asia. Nobody makes calls over GSM anymore, only on whatsapp or local apps (asians have their own alternatives to modern apps, eg. Uber is Grab)

I am against this loan culture. Loan for a TV, ok it's stupid, but at least it's relatively small amount of money. But I am not willing to take mortgage. I'd rather pay a rent to my landlord and be able to tell him goodbye anytime I want and move to opposite side of the Earth if I would wish so, than accept thids burden and obligation for 10 or 20 years... Yes. But the point is in its effectivity. (See your point 3. Work smart, not hard.) You can count calories for deficit and torture yourself with hunger for losing couple of pounds or you can do keto and lose much more in shorter time literally with no effort. You do the math. If you make sure you have all the electrolytes, vitamins, sufficient protein intake etc. there is no health concern to be on keto. Plus, you say lift.
