However, it could easily be that the women of the company simply outrank the men in the company and that's why they're not in the room. Part of condoms not being covered is an idea that women are the ones who will bear the cost of having a child (our brains are wired to think in that way) so it would be her who is at the most risk so it's a 'natural' assumption that they would want control over when they have kids.
