Not for ruining an innocent child's life. That kid is sure to have problems stemming from this till the day he dies. 20 years isn't nearly enough time considering they probably won't serve 20 years between the both of them.
That's a real simple decision tree here, especially for a 14 year old. I want to have sex vs I don't want to have sex. If you're 14 and you can't make that decision you have to be retarded or something. I'm not saying she was right but you're giving her too much credit.
