| – | Another Perspective on the Wage GapFrankly you'd be hard pressed to find any job at a specific company where two opposite genders who are doing the same work aren't paid almost the exact same (if not very close) if all there qualifications and experience are equal. ikr. tbh, most wage gaps are because of job differences, education, and work experience. I don't think anyone expects a company to pay a man and woman equally if one has a college degree and the other only has work experience.
