Ive had the same problem. Stop with the stimulants as your brain is like a candle , you only have so much wick. Once you burn out you start losing yourself , im sure you feel the effects already. Fortunately for you there is a cure. Marijuanna actually soothes and undoes the damage done by stimulants. Do your own research and try different types of marijuanna and figure out which one fixes you.

I'm some what familiar with the principle of self-control. I do exercise it daily. I have ceased smoking cigarettes for over 1 month now. I had been smoking cigarettes for over 8 years. Most of my self-control goes to that. You are right, What's left of it is very frail. My apologies.

I know how you feel , the chronic anxiety is just unreal man honestly. I'm charming , funny & successful but I have to deal with ADHD and anxiety for the rest of my life. I've come to peace with it & in my mind it is a blessing . P.S. Albert Einstein had ADHD and that is how I justify that it is a blessing :)
