If you get liposuction I think fat cells don't regenerate quickly and you end up being thinner for longer. Fat has a memory to it, once you grow to a certain size, it's easier to get back to that size than it is for someone who's always been thin. Downside is without those fat cells you get colder during winter months compared to a similar weight without lipo.

I prefer medium towns and sprawled out cities compared to suffocating stacks of concrete myself. I think the only really stacked and cramped city I could be comfortable in would be Japanese cities, or South Korean cities.
