This is what I believe. I also don’t want to build friendships and social circles around getting women. I want friends and social circles because of shared activities. A funny example would be in volleyball. There was a cute girl that I could tell she was interested because I came of high value but like no bitch you missed the last 3 games you are letting the team down.

Personally I like emotions and being emotional so I don’t think I will go with the social scientist approach even though I will admit it will yield better results. Mhmm. I would agree that my greatest obstacle right now is that I don’t put myself in situations where I can accomplish that. I am focused a lot on self improvement right now so I just need to admit that it isn’t the greatest time for me to date and hopefully soon I can naturally put myself in scenarios where I can build that connection.

Yeah. It hurts more now because before I was so codependent and desperate for people to love me. Now I am being more myself and respecting my boundaries. Yeah, what I am currently doing is cardio every day in the morning and gym Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I do not like being a big though so I am doing high interval in order to both cut fat and build muscle at the same time.
